Emily gets 5 stars, she is a superstar who went the extra mile to make sure my lovely friends' wedding was a success. She is truly an asset to the hotel. The hotel looks nice, but make sure you get a room at the back if you don't cope with road noise as it's on a main road. It's technically well-located due to the road, but not the quiet setting you might hope for. The view out of the garden is lovely though. Rooms are a mixed bag, I was lucky with mine as it was huge with a bath and big windows, also it wasn't too hot. My friend's room was boiling hot and a bit tired, no bedside lamps either which was odd. The beds are sadly very hard and the pillows are terrible, this was the worst part as it's all about getting a good sleep. Food in the restaurant is average and pricey, but ok. Food at the wedding was nice apart from the desserts which was inedibly sickly. All the staff we encountered went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. It was a good choice for the wedding, but definitely room for some improvement.

Overall, I consider the stay to be successful. The pool was generally nice, and the water in the jacuzzi was warm. The hotel has its years, but that gives it a certain charm. The surrounding greenery is beautiful. However, there were a few downsides. It was very hot during our stay, and the rooms do not have air conditioning—there was only a small fan, which was definitely not sufficient. There was also no fridge, so all our drinks became warm almost immediately. The jacuzzi had a bit of dirt accumulating, but one of the staff members tried to take care of it. The staff was polite and helpful.

The hotel manager was nice to speak to while making our booking. All the staff we encountered were really nice too. We had a couple of things that didn't work, as in the tv and safe. But the engineer changed our room, so not to keep disturbing us. The WiFi in our room wasn't very good as it was so far from the hub. The grounds itself was really nice. There's a beautiful view from the wooden gazebo.

Lovely getaway, nice spacious rooms, very friendly staff, swimming pool and wonderful food. There were a few maintance niggles but overall a nice stay. Bit disappointed all massages we're fully booked before we arrived, but was a last minute trip so assumed we could book when we arrived. If your going here and looking for a massage, book in advance or go locally in Farnham which I did and didn't regret it.

We are currently staying at the hotel. We have just had a lovely meal at the restaurant..our waitress Clara was brilliant. She asked where we wanted to sit on arrival..she took our drinks orders straight away and offered water for the table. I had the salmon teriyaki it was lovely and hot beautifully cooked salmon..my husband enjoyed the hunters chicken. We had cocktails to finish the meal and we really enjoyed it..nice selection of cocktails and drinks. We went to the pool this afternoon.. lovely hot complimentary towels at the pool. Really clean sauna steam room and jacuzzi..the pool was a nice temperature as well and was heated. Plenty of tea and coffee in the rooms comfortable clean rooms. We are looking forward to breakfast tomorrow and another dip in the pool before we leave. The other waiting staff were professional and friendly. The bar is really nice to relax in and have a drink.. really recommend violet g and t. We don't live far away so we will definitely be back in the future to enjoy a relaxing break.

Booked me and my girlfriend for a Sunday to Monday stay. We were welcomed by a lovely guy who showed us how to sort out parking which was free and we were promptly checked into our room, before the check in time! The room itself was respectable. Bed was comfy and the room was very clean and there's a TV that has every channel you would want. The pool is really good and there's 3 Jacuzzis available to use plus a sauna and steam room which were all very clean. On the Monday though we did notice that 2 Jacuzzis looked a bit murky and dirty so we didn't use those but the other one was perfectly fine. All staff are very friendly and I have to give special credit to the lady who sorted my girlfriend a freshly cooked gluten free English breakfast. She was extremely kind and welcoming. The breakfast selection is very nice too. There's pastries, toast, cereal, fresh fruit and yogurt plus all parts of an English breakfast. We went to eat at around 730 and it was very quiet and there was plenty to eat. We didn't use the spa services as we thought they were a tad out of our budget but they sounded really good so worth a try. There's nice garden areas around the hotel and I have to admit that watching the sunset from the wedding hut was absolutely beautiful. Nearby you can visit Farnham which was a really cute little town and it's very walkable and plenty of nice little shops. This hotel is definitely worth the price and for the area it's in. We will be coming back!

The rooms are decent although somewhat outdated and small. Nice spa facilities and surroundings. The highlight of our visit was the restaurant. Good food and service. We revisited a few times since.

We had a couples spa retreat day package. The spa and leisure facilities have definitely had an improvement since the last time I visited. The lady on reception of the spa was extremely new, and very polite. She was a little nervous, forgot our slippers (she sorted it and we were totally fine about it), I thought she did well considering she had only just started with the hotel. The spa is beautiful, really well done and very calm and chilled. The therapists are super nice, really professional and the treatments are just amazing we had a light lunch as part of our package, the food was wonderful and the staff were very polite and attentive in the restaurant. We are looking forward to coming back in the future.
